New Horizon Co op is a democratically controlled co operative, with members exercising their ownership and voice through a locally elected Board of Directors.
The Board plays an important role in providing strategic direction, ensuring strong governance, and representing the interests of our members and communities. Directors are elected by the membership and bring a wide range of skills, experience, and local knowledge to support the long term success of the Co op.
Together, the Board works closely with management to guide New Horizon Co op in alignment with Co operative values, community priorities, and member expectations.
